We’ll be a full month old on October 1st and ready to welcome the Class of Autumn 2011 – our first group of quarterly interns.
Always on the look out for talented people to join us, we have been advertising for 20 interns to join us at One&Other HQ and help with everything from Editorial, Publishing, and Community tasks to Graphic Design and Digital.
The positions were announced a week after our launch and the response over the subsequent fortnight was better than we could have imagined. We knew there were plenty of creative people out there looking for the chance to gain experience in the industry and develop their raw talent but we are happy to admit we underestimated the number of applications that would come in. Not only that, but the passion, initiative, and potential they show has meant we’ve a tough job on our hands whittling down to the final 20.
We’re looking forward to meeting those on the shortlist next week and hope we can help them gain a foothold in the media and discovering their self-expression.
