Vicky ParryThe popular Channel 4 show Come Dine With Me is returning to York for this coming season.
This is set to be the third time that the popular cooking competition is returning to the city.
York was initially in December 2006′s “Festive Special” and returned again in 2009; in which Chris Bush (Artistic Director of The White Rose Theatre) came in at joint first.
The show consists of either four or five amateur cooks each hosting a dinner party for the other contestants. At the end of each night the contestants scores the host’s performance; with the winner winning a £1,000 cash prize. The show is peppered with narrator Dave Lamb’s pedantic observational humour.
So, to all you amateur cooks out there now is the time to express your talent. Tell us below if you are going to enter.
