Salvation have taken over the entire square from the Bar to the Club to launch the UV Halloween Spooktacular Weekender. Starting on Thursday October 27 and running until Sunday October 30, the Weekender promises to be one you’ll never forget. With real life zombies serving behind the bar, and the club decked out in full fluro gear, this isn’t one to miss!
Revolution – 29 – 31 October

Revolution are also hosting a whole weekend of Halloween shenanigans starting with their Thriller Ball on Saturday 29th. Resurrecting the spirit of MJ himself, some of Jackson’s greatest hits get the dance-floor going.
On Sunday 30th Revolution are hosting their “Rich and Dead Famous” Student Party. This is your chance to dress up as your favourite deceased celebrity, with some spooky surprises along the way.
Rounding off the weekend in style on Monday 31st everyone is invited down to Revolution to win prizes for the best costume and generally cause mayhem and mischief.

Live at Tokyo this Halloween is none other than Mini Me himself – Verne Troyer! Without massive drinks deals and three rooms of music, Tokyo are going all out to bring you a Halloween party you’ll talk about for years.
The Duchess – 29 October

Lollypop, The Duchess’ Saturday night party is kicking it up a notch this Halloween with free face painting, creepy cocktails and a £50 prize to the best male and female fancy dress. Lollypop is a new night at The Duchess and plays all your favourite pop classics, from the oldies to the guilty pleasures!
Gallery – 31 October

York St John’s Monday night continues with the Fuzzy Logic Halloween party. Fancy dress is essential as this will be the biggest Halloween party in town. Flesh eating zombies and the Army of the Dead will be out in force at The Gallery while all your favourite DJs will be playing all of the usual dance-floor fillers. Expect Halloween performers, fake blood, fangs, devil horns and more.
Ghostbusters – City Screen

It’s Halloween in the most haunted city in Europe… who you gonna call? Yeah you know… Peter Venkman, Raymond Stanz, Egon Spengler and Winston Zeddemore are here in the greatest ghost film ever. Remember Slimer, the Stay Puff Marshmellow Man, proton packs and that car? Even after all these years it’s still a wonderful film. Just don’t cross the beams.
