Dan Birch North Yorkshire Police have called for people to come forward in connection with the Jimmy Savile case.
People who wish to come forward should dial 101 for North Yorkshire Police or Crimestoppers 0800 555 111
Police are currently investigating decades of sexual abuse by the former television presenter who died last year.
It comes after the police today released a statement that they are investigating an allegation linked to Scarborough in the late 1960s after receiving a report linked to the enquiry. .
The victim is from the Durham area and the second report the force has received in connection with the enquiry and it has been referred to the Metropolitan Police Service.
