Local creative design agency, The Beautiful Meme, has been nominated not once, not twice but three times in the upcoming ‘Fresh Awards’, an annual award for the design, advertising and digital industries.
Judged by some of the most respected and high-profile creatives in the industry, The Beautiful Meme have been put forward for copywriting due to their work for Chinese tea brand Lishi Tea, typography for their work with Oaktree Capital owned The Student Housing Company, and brand identity for their work on the new Battle of Bannockburn visitor attraction run by the National Trust for Scotland and developed by fellow York creatives Bright White.
No stranger to accolades, the announcement follows an already successful year for The Beautiful Meme. They won Copywriting Gold in the European-wide Transform Awards in February as well as being referenced in The Drum magazine as one of the top 25 UK agencies to have emerged over the past two years. Following in the wake of this impressive success, The Beautiful Meme has been a granted £40,000 from Finance Yorkshire.
We wish them the best of luck for October when the winners of the ‘Fresh Awards’ are due to be announced.
