Hue and Cry formed in the late 1980s, releasing two extremely successful albums: ‘Seduced and Abandoned’ and ‘Remote’. Their singles ‘Labour of Love’, ‘Violently’, and ‘Looking for Linda’ were also popular on the UK music scene, their unique brand of soulful, intellectual pop appealing to audiences everywhere.
The 1990s saw them release yet another acclaimed album: ‘Stars Crash Down’. Pat and Greg Kane made a comeback in 2008 with ‘Open Soul’, praised for its combination of the band’s trademark energetic ‘pop soul’ and stripped down tracks. The band released another album in March of this year entitled ‘Hot Wire’ and are currently touring the UK!
