Pocklington Arts Centre have opened their doors to an exciting new exhibition by The Pieces of Eight Arts and Craft Group. There is a wonderful mix of talent exhibiting and demonstrating their skills. The group comprises of Shirley Davis Dew (Watercolour/Acrylics), Gerry Grant (Pottery), Alf Fenton (Wooden puzzles and intarsia), Anthony Dew (Rocking Horse maker), Gill Dearman (Textiles), Debbie March (Glass- work), Tracey Spurgin (Silver Jewellery) and Penny De Corte (Ceramicist).
It is well worth popping over to the delightful market town of Pocklington on market day as a selection of the artists on display will be demonstrating their expertise every Tuesday until May 8.
