Rams’ Pocket Radio consists of Peter McCauley, a Northern Irish drummer, pianist and songwriter, joined on stage by friends for an intense experience. His style is pure, simple and timeless with 1950s product designer Dieter Rams in mind. Rams’ Pocket Radio has performed with artists such as Darwin Deez, Iain Archer, Duke Special and Tuneyards. The band has already picked up an award from the Music Quest competition, and were
included in the Hotpress ‘Hot for 2010′ list in February. Rams’ Pocket Radio has been critically acclaimed, being well received set at this years Glastonbury festival on the BBC Introducing stage. BBC Radio 1′s Rory McConnell called Rams’ Pocket Radio “Truly remarkable, truly epic… A great name and a great band”.
