13:00 – YSJ Snowsports Xscape Trip
This is a chance for students both new and returning to either learn a new skill, or have a few practice hours on the snow slope. Xscape is located around 45 minutes away from York and a coach will be provided.
There are some great deals for the students that have been negotiated with SNOzone. This is a chance to try something you wouldn’t normally and we think university is all about gaining new experiences. SNOzone provide lessons for all levels, and regularly have a instructor on the slope to help you hone your skills.
The coach and two hours on the slope is £20.00, and ski/snowboard lesson plus coach is £33.00.

19:30 – Hyena Lounge presents Chris Ramsey (Tickets £6)
At the YSJ SU is first class comedian Chris Ramsey, seen on ‘Russell Howards Good News’ ‘8 out of 10 cats’ and recently headlined at the Edinburgh Festival and has been shortlisted for an Edinburgh Comedy award. Tickets for this event are £6 and can be purchased here.
Also on the bill are Michael Fabbri and Matt Reed.
